Returns and Shipping Policy

Standard Returns

Apnix accepts returns on products in their original, unopened condition purchased through the Website within 30 days of the date that the product is delivered to you. You may contact Apnix any time within 30 days of the date that the product was delivered to you in order to request a Return Material Authorization (“RMA”) number. Except for Eligible Products covered by Apnix’s 30 Day Risk-Free Trial, for which a pre-approved returning shipping label has been provided, product returns will not be accepted by Apnix unless Apnix’s written authorization has been obtained in advance in the form of an RMA number, and the items are received by Apnix in their original, unopened condition. The refund will be provided once Apnix receives the product back and the product has been inspected to confirm all components are returned, which may take up to ten (10) business days after receipt of the returned product(s) at Apnix’s facilities. When returning a product, please include a copy of the original invoice or packing slip to ensure prompt issuing of any refund. The RMA number should be written on the documents enclosed and on the outside of the shipping box. You are responsible for the cost of return shipments.

Warranty returns

Apnix will accept returns on products purchased on ResMed Shop that have manufacturing defects or are otherwise covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. If a product purchased on ResMed Shop has defective materials and/or workmanship, or is otherwise covered by warranty, you may contact our customer support team for troubleshooting and, if required, written authorization to return the product in the form of an RMA number. A replacement product will be provided once Apnix receives the product back from the Manufacturer and it has been inspected to confirm all components are returned and that any damage to the product is covered by any applicable warranty coverage, which may take up 4 to 6 weeks after receipt of the returned product(s) at Apnix’s facilities. You are responsible for all shipping charges and any applicable repair charges not covered under warranty returns.

It is your responsibility to inspect all Products promptly upon receipt for damage attributable to the carrier and to make claims directly to the carrier for such damage. The furnishing by Apnix of a Product to you constitutes acceptance of that Product unless you provide notice of shipping damage or quantity to Apnix’s customer support team within ten (10) business days of delivery to your designated address.

Due to an increased volume of orders as a result of COVID-19, our manufacturers are experiencing shipping delays. The Ap Shop is working closely with all partners to fulfill all orders placed.

Need your order faster?

We offer faster shipping options for every item, including FedEx Overnight, and FedEx express delivery. Shipping upgrade options and costs vary and can be determined during the checkout process before any credit card details are needed. Selecting a shipping upgrade option will guarantee the delivery time. *For all Apnix orders placed after 1:00 pm Central Time Zone, please allow 1 additional business day for delivery.

Shipping Information

All domestic orders will be shipped USPS or FedEx ground unless otherwise specified. When you place your order online, you’ll be able to select your preferred method of shipment directly at checkout. All shipping methods and costs will be displayed prior to selection. We offer First Class Mail, Priority US Mail, and FedEx Ground. Shipping methods determined at checkout will depend on the service availability in your zip code. All CPAP/BiPAP machines are insured by FedEx shipping.

Shipping to a PO Box?

Orders shipping to PO boxes are always shipped via the US Postal Service (USPS). All standard shipping and service rates apply.

International Shipping

All international orders will be shipped by FEDEX OR DHL unless otherwise specified. Delivery time is 6-10 business days and includes delivery status information. Due to the unpredictability of international shipping and customs, delivery times and additional fees for international orders can vary. Shipping charges will not be reimbursed for international customers who refuse or mail back a shipment. It is the responsibility of international customers to understand all duties, fees, and taxes that might occur in customs before placing an order.

Order Information

All shipping services are performed by Apnix, independent of the manufacturer.

Shipping Errors

Any discrepancy, including wrong items or missing items, must be reported to Apnix within 2 days of receipt. If all representatives are busy, please email DMEfulfillment@apnix.com and include your name, daytime phone number, and order number and we will return your call. The time of your email will be documented. Apnix will not be responsible for lost or damaged shipments discovered after 2 days.
